ACD, a national leader in claims management, advisory, audit and technology solutions to the property and casualty industry announced today that two additional team members have become certified in Six Sigma process improvement methodology. Six Sigma is used to improve business processes by utilizing statistical analysis rather than guesswork.

Barry Barbee, ACD’s Director of Client Relations was certified a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt after successfully completing his coursework.

Brian Bray, Vice President of Operations, earned his Six Sigma Black Belt.
