Gmail

- Click the "Download HTML" button above and save the signature HTML to your computer.
- Locate the HTML file you downloaded on your computer and double-click to open in your browser.
- Click and drag a selection around the signature in your browser and copy (
CTRL-C
) to your clipboard. - In Gmail, find the machine bearing icon on the upper right corner. Click and go to Settings on the drop down menu.
- Under the General tab in Settings, scroll down to the Signature section. Click anywhere inside the Signature edit box. Paste (
CTRL-V
) the email signature design you have stored in the clipboard. - Under the General tab in Settings, scroll down to the Images section. Make sure "Always display external images" is checked.
- Scroll all the way down to the bottom. Click on "Save Changes."
Mail.app – Macintosh Instructions
Mail.app is a little trickier but, not hard once you understand how to do it. The links below show you using their sample files, just use the one generated from this form instead.
