The ACD Client Care Agent is the liaison between the insurers assigned to them and ACD. The Client Care Agent is actively involved in the onboarding process and is expected to expedite the flow of information and resources throughout both the rollout and the continuing client development and claims handling processes. The Client Care Agent works hand-in-hand with management to ensure delivery of services as promised to the client. The Client Care Agent serves at the direct point of contact for each insurance company assigned to them.

Skills / Experience
  • 4-year college degree, and/or professional insurance designations, and/or relevant long term experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5-years experience handling auto insurance claims.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile liability coverage.
  • High level of expertise, proficiency and aptitude with technology including but not limited to Microsoft Office, general database programs, and Internet & web deployed communication.
  • Availability for travel as needed with the understanding that travel may be required for all New Client Presentations and Roll-Outs assigned to Client Care Agent’s Team; quarterly client meetings as needed and other business presentations as requested.
